Our school has a systemic approach to enrolment based on pre-set criteria defined by the Catholic Schools Office and used by all schools in the Diocese of Broken Bay.
Enrolling Now for 2021
We are now accepting enrolment applications for 2021. If you are interested in enrolment in Kinder for 2021, please follow our online enrolment process or contact the school on 9958 7136 to discuss enrolment opportunities with the school Principal, Ms Bylsma.
Online Enrolment Process:
- Download the enrolment form (below)
- Complete the form
- Return the form to the school by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) along with the supporting documentation listed below
Once you have returned the enrolment form, we will be in contact with you to arrange an enrolment interview. This interview may be conducted online via Zoom in order to comply with current social distancing requirements.
When returning your enrolment application, please include a copy of your child’s:
- Signed Enrolment Form
- Parish Priest Reference Form
- Birth Certificate
- Sacramental Certificate(s)
- Passport, VISA, Citizenship Documents (where applicable, and copies for both parents and child are required)
- Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement
- Any other relevant documents as listed on the last page of the enrolment form
Note: We can accept documents by email however, original documents are required to be sighted before we can offer a place for your child.
A non-refundable fee of $100 is payable with your application.

This is based on the Diocesan Enrolment Policy.
Orientation of New Students
Enrolment of Kindergarten students begins in March. Individual parents and students attend an Enrolment meeting with the Principal and Special Needs staff for screening and assessment of specific needs. Where appropriate, pre-schools are contacted. In the case of children with specific needs outside agencies are contacted. A transition morning is held in Term 4 for all new students.
Children Enrolling during the School Year
Children are enrolled throughout the year for all classes K-6. Appointments are made with the Principal. The Principal, child and parents meet and an on-site tour is conducted.

COVID-19 Fee Relief
Catholic Schools Broken Bay are committed to supporting families as the impact of COVID-19 continues to be felt in the community. No family will be excluded from our school because of financial difficulties.
Even if you have not enrolled yet, we would like to offer the following help with school fees if you need it:
- A full reduction on ALL fees if your family gets JobSeeker.
- A 50%+ reduction on ALL fees if one parent in your family gets JobKeeper.
